We're building brewery operations software for craft breweries that have outgrown spreadsheets but can't justify $300–800/month. Before we write a single line of code, we're talking to 30 brewery owners. That conversation might be with you.

The Problem
The craft beer market is contracting for the second year running. Brewery closings outpace openings. Margins are getting squeezed by rising ingredient costs, labor, and competition.
Yet 70% of craft breweries — roughly 6,500 operations — are still managing production, inventory, and compliance with spreadsheets.
The existing software either costs $300–800/month with no published pricing, or it's so complex your head brewer needs two weeks of training just to log a batch.
We think that's the problem worth solving.
Manual cost calculations are slow, error-prone, and mean you often don't know your margins until it's too late.
You know you're over-ordering. Or under-ordering. You're just not sure which until you're short on Cascade hops at 6am.
Reports that should take 30 minutes take all morning — and one mistake can mean an audit.
Ekos and Ollie are now owned by the same company. Price locks today don't guarantee stability tomorrow.
Who's Behind This
I'm Brian Decker, President of Decker Innovations, Inc. I've spent 30+ years designing software systems for organizations that absolutely cannot fail — including the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois.
I'm not a brewer. I won't pretend to be. What I am is someone who knows how to build reliable, scalable, maintainable software — and I've seen firsthand how much damage bad software architecture does to small businesses.
I'm spending 90 days talking to breweries before writing a single line of code. That's how serious I am about building something worth your time.

Planned MVP Features
We're not trying to out-feature Ekos. We're building 10 things that matter and making them work perfectly. These are the features we're validating with breweries right now.
Auto-calculate cost per batch and package type. Know your margins on every beer, in real time.
Track ingredients and packaging, auto-deduct on brew day, low-stock alerts before you run out.
Monthly reports in minutes. Production logs, transfers, excise tax — all built in.
Visual calendar. No double-booked tanks. Track every vessel from pitch to clean.
Create, version, and scale recipes. Calculate yield, IBU, ABV automatically.
Export COGS and inventory valuations directly. No double entry.
Log from the brewery floor. Every screen works on your phone.
Complete batch history, fermentation logs, packaging records.
No per-seat pricing. Owner, head brewer, taproom staff — everyone in.
Transparent Pricing
We publish our pricing because breweries deserve to make informed decisions without a sales call. These are our planned tiers — validate them with us during an interview.
